This document is a lot of words and is intended to be a glossary to refer to. Don’t read the whole document taking notes and trying to memorize it. When you work with the GPS units long enough you will pick up on more of it.

Full definitions are provided, but acronyms are more useful. You should know what GNSS refers to, but you do not need to memorize that it spells out “Global Navigation Satellite System”.
